Linvo ("we", "us", the "App") is an AI writing assistant for adults (18+) that helps you craft dating messages. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and your choices. By using Linvo you agree to this policy.
To produce openers, replies, and your Rizz Score, the content you submit — profile screenshots, conversation text, and your own draft messages — is sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI service, Google's Gemini API, operated by Google LLC, which processes it and returns the generated text. This is the only third party your content is shared with.
This data is sent only when you tap a generate button, and only the content needed for that request. We never send your contacts, photo library, identity, or location. Before any content is sent to the AI for the first time, the app asks for your consent; you can decline and stop using the AI features at any time.
Google processes this content as a data processor under the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and does not use it to identify you or to train its models for this API tier. We have confirmed that Google provides protections for this data that are the same as or equal to those described in this policy. Linvo does not operate its own servers and does not retain your submitted screenshots or text after a suggestion is generated.
Your generated suggestions, saved favorites, and conversation history are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, sync, or have access to them. Deleting the app removes this data.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment; we never receive your card details. We receive only your subscription status (active / not active) from Apple to unlock features.
We may record basic, non-identifying in-app events (for example, that a generation completed) to understand feature usage and improve the App. These events are not linked to your identity.
Linvo is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Because content is processed transiently and your history lives only on your device, you control your data directly: you can clear conversations in the App or delete the App to remove all local data. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
