Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Linvo (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Linvo. The App is intended solely for adults connecting with other adults.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. AI-generated content

Linvo uses artificial intelligence to generate message suggestions. Suggestions are provided "as is" as a starting point. They may be inaccurate, may misread a profile, and do not guarantee any particular outcome or response. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any message. Use your own judgment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linvo to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm others, to generate content involving minors, or for any unlawful purpose. Linvo is designed to refuse sexual, manipulative, or coercive content; do not attempt to misuse it.

5. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• Linvo offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Annual). Pricing is shown in the App in your local currency.
• An optional free trial may be offered to new subscribers. If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Use is subject to a fair-use limit of up to 100 generations per day.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions will be suitable for any situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linvo and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any messages you choose to send.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
