By downloading or using Steply (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The service

Steply helps you solve and understand math problems by producing step-by-step solutions and tutoring. It is a learning aid intended to help you understand methods. While answers are independently verified, no automated solver is perfect — please use judgment and double-check important results.

2. Acceptable use

Use Steply for lawful, personal, educational purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any school or institutional academic-integrity policy.

3. Free features and subscriptions

• The step-by-step solution is always free, subject to a daily limit on the number of free solves.
• Steply Premium unlocks unlimited solves, Learn mode, and Practice. Plans: Weekly $5.99 (3-day free trial) and Yearly $49.99 (7-day free trial), prices in USD and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Steply and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every solution is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steply is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
