Frequently asked
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ReplyCheck → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you're still in your free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase, find the ReplyCheck charge, and follow Apple's prompts. We have no ability to issue Apple refunds directly.
Why am I told my daily rewrites are used up?
Free users get 3 rewrites per calendar day. The counter resets at local midnight. Premium subscribers have unlimited rewrites.
Does ReplyCheck store my messages?
Only on your iPhone, in app-private storage. We don't operate a server and don't keep any rewrite history. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does the screenshot feature upload my image?
No. The screenshot is processed by Apple's on-device Vision framework to extract visible text. Only the extracted text is then sent to Google Gemini for the rewrite suggestion. The image itself never leaves your device.
I lost my premium after switching devices.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. Then in ReplyCheck, open Settings → Restore purchases.
Restore purchases isn't unlocking premium.
Confirm three things: (1) your subscription shows as active in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, (2) you're online, (3) you're signed in to the Apple ID that bought it. If all three are true and Restore still fails, email us and include your purchase date and the Apple ID region.
I want to delete everything ReplyCheck stored.
In the app: Settings → Delete all data. This wipes history, saved replies, preferences, and resets onboarding. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data.
The rewrite quality looks off.
Try adding context in the "What's the situation?" field, pick a more specific tone, or tap Regenerate. ReplyCheck uses Google Gemini and AI suggestions are not always perfect — always review before sending.
