Shotpal is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. In short: we don't require an account, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train models.

What we handle

To provide the app's core feature, the following is handled:

Health & Fitness — not linked to you; not used for tracking; purpose: App Functionality.
User Content (Photos or Videos) — not linked to you; not used for tracking; purpose: App Functionality.

Dose, weight, and side-effect data stay on-device (iCloud sync). Food photos + coach questions are sent to the backend LLM only to answer the request, then processed and not retained. No account, no tracking.

Third-party processing

When you use an AI feature, your input is sent securely to our processing service (and its AI provider) solely to produce your result. It is processed in the request and not retained, and is never used to train models.

Your choices

You control what you submit. On-device data can be deleted at any time from within the app or by removing the app.

Children

Shotpal is not directed to children under 13.
