These Terms govern your use of Shotpal. By using the app you agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), as supplemented below.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Shotpal on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms of Service.
Shotpal offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Shotpal Weekly ($6.99), Shotpal Annual ($39.99), with three days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use Shotpal lawfully. AI results are provided for general information and may be inaccurate — don't rely on them for safety-critical decisions.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
